How do I access my room?

Guests receive access codes for entry the morning of their stay.

Arrival and Departure

Our arrival and departure zone is located on the corner of Arendell and Fifth Street at 157 S Fifth Street Morehead City, NC.

Do you Have Parking?

Street parking is available on Arendell and Fifth. Paid parking is available across Arendell. The City Chamber and City Loft have one designated parking spot in our shared garage. Temporary parking for arrival and departures is available on the corner of Arendell and Fifth Street.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am.

Is City House smoke free?

Yes, City House is a completely smoke-free property. We ask that any cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc. be taken off property to be courteous to any guests with allergies. All guests with evidence of smoking found in their room will be charged a non-refundable $250 fee along with the cost of an additional night for cleaning.

Do you have elevators?

City House is located in a historic building. Our suites are not accessible by elevator. The City Chamber, Loft, and Residence require multiple steps for entry. The City Flat is located on the ground floor with two steps for entry.

Do any of your suites provide outdoor space?

The City Residence includes a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of Morehead City.

Are Pets allowed?

We love our furry friends, but to respect our guests with pet allergies, we are a pet-free hotel. Please note that Certified Service Animals (not ESA’s) are allowed to join you without a fee. All other reservations with pets staying in suites are subject to a non-refundable $250 fee.

Do you offer coffee?

Each suite features a Nespresso Vertuo machine with brewing pods for a double espresso, brewed coffee, and decaf coffee. Visit our friends next door at Marmalade Café and Bakery for delicious baked goods, sandwiches, and coffee beverages.

What size are your beds?

All units offer plush king size beds.

Do all suites have full kitchens?

Yes, each of our suites include a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Kitchens include a full-size refrigerator with freezer, electric cooktop, electric oven, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.

What is your cancelation policy?

Due to our size, cancellations significantly affect our business. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $150.00 administration fee. If your reservation is cancelled between 29 - 15 days prior to arrival, your original deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival will incur full charge.
